When can I expect to get my jewelry?
Once your payment has been received, your jewelry will be shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders within the United States should be received within 2-7 business days after it's been shipped.

What are my shipping options?
Currently, all orders are shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, you'll be notified by email with a shipment confirmation and tracking number. If you need faster service, contact info@rfrmjewelry.com before placing your order. A $10 service fee will be applied to any orders needing a speedy delivery.

I love something that sold.
Can you make it again?
Because the materials used are found in the most random places and come by the handful, most of the jewelry cannot be reproduced. However, Kim can make something similar using different materials and set up a custom order. Contact info@rfrmjewelry.com and include a link to reference the jewelry you like.

Where do you get your materials?
Kim hand picks all of the materials from the most random places… antique stores, jewelry shows, bead shops, independent retailers and online auctions. The hunt is half the fun!

My skin is sensitive to certain metals.
Are the earrings safe to wear?
The earring wires are made from permanently colored and coated copper wire and are safe to wear. Most people are allergic to nickel, not copper. If you experience any problems, you can return the earrings within 30 days for a full refund.

Can I send RFRM jewelry as a gift?
Yes! RFRM jewelry is great for giving as a gift. All jewelry comes in its own small, natural drawstring pouch and includes a handmade tag with the materials used (prices are not shown on the tag). If you'd like your purchase to be shipped directly to the recipient, make a note of it and include the person's name and address during the checkout process. On the "Review your payment" page in PayPal, click the link below the description that says "Add special instructions to merchant" and enter your instructions there.

Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If RFRM determines that any damage is due to flaws in workmanship or materials, your jewelry will be repaired or replaced. RFRM jewelry does not pay or reimburse for return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Yes. Please read all about the return policy.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs a flat rate of $5 within the United States. Up to 3 items can fit in one box for the flat rate of $5 (if shipping to 1 address). For countries outside the U.S., shipping and handling will cost $10 USD per item.

Is purchasing online safe?
Yes. All transactions are made securely through PayPal. All information submitted through the RFRM website is kept confidential. None of this information is ever sold or shared with anyone else.
