Online Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, RFRM will accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the return is within 30 days and the item is in its original condition, a full refund will be issued through PayPal within 15 days after the return has been received.

When returning your item, please include the original packing slip. If you no longer have it, include the order number, billing name and billing address on a separate piece of paper. The item being returned should be protected and securely packed to prevent damage in shipping.

Damaged Goods and Repairs
All work is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that a piece needs repair in the first 30 days, simply email info@rfrmjewelry.com regarding any repair question you may have. Once the item is returned, you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed.

If RFRM determines that any damage is due to flaws in workmanship or materials, your jewelry will be repaired or replaced. If RFRM determines the damage was caused by other reasons, repair charges may apply.

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for any repairs.

Incorrect Orders
If the wrong order was sent to you, please indicate the problem on your packing slip and RFRM will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back. When the return has been received, the correct item will be shipped within 1 business day.
